Seascape was designed and built by Joe Lee. The 18-hole, par 71 course plays 6,100 yards off the Champion tees for a course rating of 71.5 and a slope 123. With four more sets of tees to make play enjoyable to players of all levels of skill, however, low score are achievable, especially from the much shorter white tees where the course plays just 5,834 yards, though still maintaining its par of 71.
