There are a number of fine Port St. Lucie golf courses. Port St. Lucie itself, with its more than 21 miles of pristine white sandy beaches and acres of unspoiled natural habitat on Florida's "Treasure Coast," is fast becoming one of the state’s premier golf destinations. This is in no small part because it’s the location, the creation of the PGA Village, and the PGA Golf Club itself. One of Florida’s few remaining unspoiled and often overlooked golf destinations, Port St. Lucie is a tranquil, southeastern coastal backwater set far away from the hustle and bustle and crowded freeways of its larger destinations.
