Faldo Golf School by Marriott at The Rookery Golf Club on Marco Island
Acclaimed golf course designed by Robert Cupp, Jr., has masterfully redesigned the course by blending his championship layout with the native topography. Perfectly named the Rookery, meaning bird-sanctuary, it features shallow littoral zones that support plant-life and attract many species of birds. The playing features generous fairways, oversized and receptive greens, the option to play from one of the five teeing locations and immaculate turf conditions. 3-Hour Full Swing Golf Session.
Shape and improve your ball striking through full swing concentration. Learn the fundamentals and the key moments of the full swing in a small group setting with personalized instruction. Video swing analysis included.
Students will improve their technique through enhanced fundamentals and a better understanding of the key moments of the golf swing. Focus will be spent on the irons, fairway woods and driver. This session also provides a take-home videotape swing analysis.
3-Hour Short Game Golf Session
Through personalized instruction in a small group setting, learn the Faldo short game system. Concentrate on putting, chipping, pitching and bunker shots to improve your scoring around the green.
Students will focus on the finer points of the game in the scoring positions around the green. They will learn the short game techniques for putting, chipping, pitching and bunker play.
Private Golf Lessons
Spend the hour fine-tuning your golf swing, with the opportunity to concentrate on improving a specific area of choice. Includes a video swing analysis of the guest side by side with Tour player, Nick Faldo.
