Highland North Golf Course at Innisbrook, Par 70, 6,325 Yards

The Highlands North Golf Course at Innisbrook is a lot like the Copperhead Course, but at 6,325 yards from the back tees it’s much shorter, though not a whole lot more forgiving. Each of the courses at Innisbrook is unique, this one is known for its daunting par 3s, tight fairways, an abundance of trees and strategically-bunkered greens. Accuracy from tee to green is the key to a low score; leave the fairway and expect to give away shots. This is especially so with water in play on 11 of the 18 holes. Recent course enhancements include additional yardage to selected par 4s and 5s, and strategically-placed bunkers and “waste areas.”

Course Specifications:

Designed and built by Lawrence Packard, the 18-hole, par 70 Highlands North course plays a whopping 6,325 yards off the Champion, Black tees for a course rating of 70.5 and a slope of 125. With four sets of tees to make play enjoyable to players of all levels of skill, low scores are achievable if the course is played from the White tees at 5,580 yards, though still maintaining its par of 70.
