Westchase Golf Club is a daily-fee facility recognized by the National Golf Foundation for its outstanding course conditions, service and value. The CLASP award (Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction) is given to the best of the more than 400 courses that participate in this NGF program. Westchase placed in the top ten of the national rankings and number one in the state of Florida. Westchase Golf Club opened in 1992 as the centerpiece of the Westchase master-planned community, which spans over 2000 acres and more than 5000 homes.
Designed Lloyd Clifton, the 6710-yard, par 72 course meanders through an extensive pine forest, across wooden bridges and an amazing array of water hazards, lakes and wetlands. All 18 greens have been newly renovated and the fairways are tight and demanding and, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful public-access course in the Tampa area.
Special Attraction: Skins Game played every Monday, Friday and Saturday.
Course rating: Par 72 rated 71.8 with a slope of 130 from the back tees.
Rates: From $21 to $94 depending upon the time, day and month (November - January is peak).
