For More Than A Century this most famous of Augusta's old-world hotels has served as a tranquil retreat for heads of state, captains of industry, international celebrities, and other luminaries. I stayed here when I attended the Masters in 2007 and I have to tell you, the standard of the southern hospitality which is an integral part of the Partridge experience is like none I've experience before. True there are no high-end resort-style amenities - golf course, spa, and so forth, but at no time during my stay did I feel that I was less than well-served or without anything at all' I even had a covered parking space.
