The Faldo Legacy Golf Course at Roco Ki, a soon-to-be world-class beach and golf resort at Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, has garnered high acclaim indeed from the Association of British Travel Agents who praised The Faldo Legacy Course at Roco Ki as one of the world’s top 10 best new resorts, courses and projects for 2008, second only to St. Andrews in Scotland.
This is the first golf course in the Caribbean designed by Nick Faldo, the 2008 Ryder Cup captain. “Roco Ki is a course designer¹s dream. There is so much variety across the 18 holes leading up to an absolutely stunning finish. It was a thrill to build,” Faldo said in a statement in response to the rankings.
