Another tough hole, the 10th, a par 5 of 588 yards off the back tees that twists and turns, flies over hills and valleys, rocky strata and dense undergrowth. What you see here is the approach to the green: trouble in front, to the left, right and rear. Your first shot off the tee SHOULD place your ball somewhere around this point, some 300 yards from the green. Strong players will be tempted to go for it: if so, the approach will need to be near perfect. The conservative player will lay up short of the bunkers with a four or five iron, leaving a nine iron or pitching wedge into the heart of the green. The 10th is rated the ninth toughest hole on the course.
