Cabo del Sol is home to two amazing golf courses, one of them a Jack Nicklaus signature course. The internationally acclaimed Ocean Course, with seven holes on the Sea of Cortes, offers spectacular views, incredible golf and is a masterpiece of golf course design often referred to as "the Pebble Beach of the Baha." Jack Nicklaus has said that this is “the best piece of golf property on earth,” and it would seem that the poers that be at Golf Magazine agree with him because they have named it one of their "Top 100 Courses in the World.” Nicklaus himself has claimed his Ocean Course has “the finest three finishing holes of golf in the world.” It’s a sentiment that’s difficult to disagree with: the Ocean’s finishing run of a par three and two par fours that hug the coastline of the Sea of Cortez and demand accuracy and a lot of daring. It’s a finishing run you’re sure to remember.
The second course at Cabo del Sol is the Tom Wieskopf designed Desert Course. It’s a course that requires precision from the tee, but incorporates large landing areas and greens that a pleasure to play. It’s a course where you’re sure find an enjoyable golf experience, no matter your level of skill.
