The Courtyard Terrace, at the One & Only Ocean Club Golf Resort on Paradise Island, is the epitome of elegance and quiet luxury.
Tables line the edge of the pool where the fountain plays against a backdrop of tropical palms and plants. Signature entrees include the Pan-seared Salmon and the Pan-roasted Veal with wild mushrooms. My favorite appetizer is the Blackened Conch garnished with cassava chips.
Meals are served on fine china at tables dressed with Irish linen, flowers and candles. Gentle strains of classical and island music complete the experience. It’s an expensive evening, but one you’re never likely to forget. 242-363-2222
