The One and Only Ocean Club Golf Course
The One and Only Ocean Club Golf Course Features Scenic Seaside Tees and Greens

By Blair Howard, About.com

The One and Only Ocean Club features an 18-hole championship golf course that plays a testy 7,100 yards for a par of 72. Tom Weiskopf designed this immaculate Bahamas golf course featuring scenic seaside tees and greens and utilizing alternating fairways to provide, arguably, the ultimate challenge on your Paradise Island golf vacation.

As part of the One & Only Resorts, the Ocean Club features 106 guest rooms and luxury resort accommodations, several fine dining restaurants (including the world famous Courtyard Terrace), poolside dining, a full service spa, family and adult-only swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center and bicycles available for island touring.

I've never stayed at the Ocean Club, nor have I played the course, but I have visited both several times. I've also dined at the Courtyard Terrace and I can tell you that it was an experience I'll remember always.

Highly recommended, but very expensive. Rates start at $400 per night and rise to more than $1,300 per night, depending upon the season. 800- 321-3000
