A Selection of Some of My Favorite Golf Courses and Golf Holes

Over the past several years while I've been running About.com's Golf Travel website, I've visited more than my fair share of the world's best golf courses. The photos I share in this gallery are of some of my favorite golf courses and some of the best Golf Holes in the world, at least in my opinion. Some of them you will no doubt have heard of, some you won't, all of them are spectacular in their own way. Enjoy.

This, the first in the gallery, you'll all know. Probably the most famous par three in the world, no list would be complete without the 12th at Augusta. I visited the Masters back in 2008.
