The Restaurants at St. Regis Punta Mita Resort - there are three of them - are all typical of the brand: upscale, elegant and relaxing. The cuisine is, as one might expect, also upscale and well presented. They say that, "Dining at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort indulges the senses with a diverse menu of sophisticated and distinct culinary options." I can't argue with that. I spoke to one or two of the guests while I was there and all expressed the same sentiment: "the food is wonderful, very different from that found in like restaurants in the US, and presented always with a flair for the dramatic."
